Grade 8 students from Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School embarked on an educational visit to the Top 'N' Town ice cream factory on August 23rd, 2024. This guided tour aimed to provide hands-on knowledge of ice cream preparation on a commercial scale, aligning with their academic curriculum. Students witnessed the production of various flavours and colours, as well as the freezing and blending of ice cream using modern techniques and quality control measures. The staff demonstrated the operation of bulk ice cream-making machines and automated tools, highlighting the importance of precision, timing and teamwork.

During the visit the students gained valuable experience in preparation, production, packaging, dispatching & marketing and connecting theoretical knowledge with practical application. The tour successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience, enriching the students' understanding of the ice cream industry.
