Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School organised a Mental Health & Wellness Workshop for Educators on 19 August 2026, conducted by Mr. Nikhil Mishra, State Psychologist with Mpower, Aditya Birla Education Trust, Madhya Pradesh.
The session focused on various dimensions of mental health, with special emphasis on the hidden stress experienced by teachers while managing multiple professional and personal responsibilities. Mr. Mishra shared valuable insights on emotional well-being, self-awareness, emotional regulation and stress management.
The workshop also featured engaging and interactive activities, encouraging educators to reflect on their well-being and adopt healthy approaches to managing everyday challenges.
