Special Prayer Assembly on Basant Panchami and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti at Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School

Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School organised a special prayer assembly on 23 January,2026 to mark the Prakatya Utsav of Goddess Saraswati (Basant Panchami) and the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose (Parakram Diwas) , creating an atmosphere of devotion, patriotism, and cultural reverence.

The programme commenced with Deep Prajwalan and Malyarpan before the portraits of Goddess Saraswati and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. The assembly was graced by the presence of Shri Ghanshyam Bulchandani Ji, Secretary, Shaheed Hemu Kalani Education Society, along with the school Principal Ms. Amrita Motwani, Vice Principal Ms. Rekha Kewlani, coordinators, teachers, and students.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Ghanshyam Bulchandani Ji extended his warm greetings on Vasant Panchami to all teachers and students. He invoked the blessings of Goddess Saraswati and encouraged everyone to continue progressing on the path of knowledge, values, and holistic development.

Ms. Jiya Motiyani, in her address, highlighted the significance of the confluence of Basant Panchami and Parakram Diwas, emphasizing the balance between knowledge and nationalism. She motivated students to imbibe courage, wisdom, and love for the nation as guiding principles of life.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic student participation. Dishita Patidar (Class VII B) from Dr. Radhakrishnan House presented Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in his attire, while Riddhi Ramtani (Class IV C) delivered an impactful speech highlighting inspiring incidents from Netaji’s life. Students of Class III presented a meaningful poem based on Netaji’s personality and ideals.

The event also included a Prize Distribution Ceremony, wherein students were felicitated for their achievements in International Sindhi Poetry Competition, Bhopal Literature and Art Festival, and various CCA events, encouraging holistic development and excellence.

The programme concluded with the National Anthem, fostering a sense of unity, pride, and respect for the nation.
