Mahaprayan Diwas of Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji at NHLPS

Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School (NHLPS), Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Bhopal, solemnly observed the Mahaprayan Diwas of Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji on 20th December 2025 in the august presence of Shree Ghanshyam Bulchandani Ji, Secretary, Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society (SHKES), along with the Principal, Ms. Amrita Motwani; Vice Principal, Ms. Rekha Kewlani; academic coordinators and faculty members.
The programme commenced with Deep Prajwalan and Malyarpan, marking the spiritual beginning of the observance and setting a serene and devotional tone for the event.
This was followed by soulful bhajan presentations by students of Class V-C, and another bhajan by students of Classes VII and VIII, which filled the atmosphere with devotion and reverence. A graceful tribute dance was then presented by students as an expression of respect and gratitude towards Sant Ji and his divine teachings.
The academic segment of the programme featured enlightening addresses by the coordinators. Ms. Rita Ahuja spoke on the inspiring life journey of Sant Ji, Ms. Kajal Assudani highlighted his teachings and invaluable contribution to the field of education and Ms. Rini Sunil elaborated on his values of devotion, kindness, discipline and selfless service to society.
The observance concluded with a reflective note highlighting one of the profound sayings of Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji:
“बूढ़े, बच्चे और बीमार हैं परमेश्वर के यार;
करें भावना से उनकी सेवा, पाएँ लोक-परलोक में सुख अपार।”
The Mahaprayan Diwas observance served as a meaningful reminder for the entire school community to imbibe and practise the timeless values of compassion, humility, discipline and selfless service as taught by Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji.
