CBSE Capacity Building Programme on National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE) 2023

As part of the ongoing Teachers’ Training Programme 2026 organized by Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society, a CBSE Capacity Building Programme on “National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE) 2023” and its alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 was conducted for the faculty members of Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School and Mithi Gobindram Public School on 13 June 2026.

The session was led by distinguished resource persons Dr. Sampa Das, Principal, Kabra Memorial Public School, Gadarwara, and Mr. Shyam Agarwal, Principal, Mount Index International School, Indore. They provided valuable insights into the vision, objectives, and implementation strategies of NCF-SE 2023, highlighting its role in transforming classroom practices in accordance with the recommendations of NEP 2020.

Through interactive presentations, case studies, group discussions, and collaborative activities, the resource persons guided teachers on adopting competency-based learning, experiential pedagogy, inclusive education practices, and assessment reforms. The session emphasized developing critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and holistic growth among learners. Teachers from both schools participated enthusiastically and actively engaged in the discussions.
