Empowering Educators for Holistic Student Development

A motivational and enrichment session for teachers of schools under the Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society was conducted under the guidance of Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji, President of the Society. The session was graced by the presence of Ghanshyam Balchandani, Secretary of the Society, along with the Principals and Heads of Institutions.

Teachers from Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School, Mithi Gobindram Public School, Vidya Sagar Public School, Kewalram Chanrai Public School, Children's Hope India School, and Kala Laxmandas Vensimal Ganwani Foundation School participated enthusiastically in the programme.

Addressing the gathering, Shraddhey Bhauji emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional growth for educators. He encouraged teachers to regularly upgrade their knowledge and teaching practices to support students' academic progress. He also highlighted the vital role of teachers in nurturing moral values and shaping responsible individuals.

The Heads of Institutions encouraged teachers to pursue excellence in teaching and self-development. Teachers from various schools shared how they had utilized their vacation period for workshops, training programmes, reading, technological learning, and skill enhancement, reflecting their commitment to continuous professional growth.

The session served as an inspiring platform for reflection, learning, and professional growth. It reinforced the Society's commitment to empowering educators who can guide students towards academic success while instilling strong moral values and essential life skills.
